So happy with my bike! I love this bike. We did a couple of ebike tours while on a vacation and had so much fun I had to buy one. After researching, decided on on the Level 2. It arrived pretty quickly with great packaging. The bike was super easy to assemble. Everything worked. I love the Himalayan Pink color. I've had mine for a couple of weeks and have had a blast riding it. I bought my husband the Glacier Blue step over Level 2. His arrived a couple of days ago and we did our first ride together yesterday. He loves it! We are looking forward to exploring on our new rides. I am extremely happy with my purchases!

Level 2. Great Bike! I bought my Level 2 this past April and I absolutely love it. The fit and finish of all the components are top notch with one little exception: in the first few weeks there was an annoying rattle coming from somewhere in the rear of the bike. It was hard to troubleshoot by myself but I did figure it out. The problem was the rear fender attachment screw which has a different setup than the front fender. The screw can only be accessed by removing the entire rear wheel setup which was not that easy to reattach properly. I only include this so that the design can be thought through again. Like I said earlier, everything else was perfect! I'll be turning 70 in a few months so I am really enjoying the motor assist. I live on Nantucket, which is relatively flat overall, but has some ride challenges on dirt roads and ancient cobblestones downtown. Because of this I bought a suspension seat post right away and it made a huge difference in comfort over the stones. I am coming up on 900 miles and it has performed flawlessly and I'm looking forward to many more miles.

Amazing ride I love my bike. It is perfect for the NYC streets with the bumps and potholes that you have to navigate. I am very pleased with my purchase.

First time buyer … Purchased my Aventon level.2 step through directly from Aventon. Shipment was very timely and arrived in about 10 days. Had it unpacked and assembled in about 4 hours. Assembly is very easy for even the most inexperienced rider to accomplish. Everything was per adjusted from a technical standpoint, however, I did have to bleed the front hydraulic break of some air in the line. Easy task just watch a YouTube video to learn how. I now have about 80 miles on the bike and am really enjoying the ride. Will have knee replacement this winter and the level.2 will be my main PT. I am 84 and I can recommend this bike for good exercise and staying fit in your senior years.

LOVE our new Level.2s We picked up our bikes this past Saturday - was so great to have them shipped to our local bike shop for professional assembly. Four days old and we’ve already got about 60 miles on them. I bought one for my husband for his birthday and just HAD to get one for myself… didn’t want him to have to ride alone ?? Hubby had quadruple bypass surgery about three months ago and having the pedal assist is invaluable in getting in nice long rides. We’re still trying to figure out the app - does anyone know if you can “Pause” a ride that is being logged if you stop for a break for refreshments and rest?? I had about 12 miles in when we stopped for lunch and the bike turned itself off and my app closed out my ride and didn’t save it ?? Would be so great to just be able to hit “Pause” and then restart when we hit the trail again. I will be a HUGE advocate for these wonderful bikes… already thinking of getting daughter and her husband bikes so they can ride with us!!

Level .2 is awesome! After a recent foot injury, I could not ride my traditional bike as far or as often as I would like. Having been car-free since July 2021, I didn't want to purchase another vehicle, so I began looking into e-bikes as an alternative. I'm so glad I did and came across the Aventon Level 2! Shipping was fast, assembly was a breeze, and the app is fantastic! Using my bike for everything, including grocery store trips, will make it much more convenient on my e-bike. The couple of rides I've taken have been pure joy! I feel like a child on Christmas morning!

Easy to assemble, Great build, Fun Ride Just received bicycle and and super happy so far. - Shipment was fast: 1-week from order to receiving the bicycle - Assembly was super-easy: 1-hour to put together - Super-impressed with the parts and build quality, e.g., the welds look top-notch - First few rides were awesome. No adjustments needed, torque-sensor makes the peddling motion super smooth!

So fun! The bike trails near me in Decorah, Iowa have a lot of steep spots and hills. I love being able to enjoy my bike ride and not be miserable!

Newfound freedom I take this e-bike anywhere I would have a difficult time parking... It is more agile than the fat tire bikes and the battery seems last forever. My butt gives up before the battery...

78 year old now he rides up hills easier than when he was 18. I am 78 and obtained an Aventon Level 2, class 1 e-bike a few weeks ago. I am one of those that the ebike was created for. The day I got the ebike I had gone to church and could not ride the small rise back home. I used to go up that incline easily but after I became 75 each month things became harder until in August of 2023 all I could do is push up the hill. With this step through ebike I can put it on the lowest pedal assist and just glide up the even steep hills. Now I want to save up for an extra battery and lose the weight it would be off my body so I can extend the range to go and come back. GREAT ebike !!! PS The image is of it at Walmart nearby, where I bought a 15' Brinks cable to be able to tie it around trees, etc.

Love the Level My new level 2 is amazing. Love how maneuverable and smooth running. Has a lot of get up and go. Super fun ride! I am 5foot 11in and 220 lb. It is a perfect fit. Not too big or small. It has no trouble with hills. This bike is a fun ride!

Everything I wanted with Level.2 Everything went together nicely during assembly, no unpleasant surprises. Added a few accessories to make it “my own” and have 117 miles so far. I love it.

And I thought I was too old for Fun! Recently I …um… celebrated 80 years of relatively good health. But I had not ridden a bicycle in 25 years. Out of the blue I started researching e-bikes, and my search returned that Aventon LEVEL.2, a fine commuter bike, would make me happy. So I bought one. Not knowing if I could get my leg over the seat to get on! I had ridden bikes since I was a child. Raced bikes and did road time trials with very light bikes for years. Was the old saying,”You never forget how to ride a bike” true? I easily assembled the Level.2, with help from my wife! Took less than 4 hours. That was a week ago. I’ve ridden it every day since. Making my final adjustments to seat post…handlebars…added a “trunk.” Final word: I love my Aventon Level.2. I think it even loves me

Different Shimano Derailleurs than what is advertised. We ordered two Aventon level 2 step through bikes from a local bike shop. One M/L in white and one S/M in Himalayan. We upgraded the handlebars to pace’s for more comfort. We also added the suspension seat posts. The bikes received have the Shimano Altus and not Shimano Acera derailleurs as it was advertised on the Aventon website pictures and the models shown to us at the bike shop. Why did we get a lower grade derailleurs?

The Perfect Gift for My Wife I bought the original Level last year, which I greatly enjoy. I recently purchased the Level 2 for my wife. It arrived last week and it is a wonderful bike. The Level 2's improvements over the original Level were very well thought out and I must confess that I am more than a little bit jealous over the features that her bike has that mine does not, especially the display's many new features. Yesterday we had a great 30 mile ride to Lake Ontario and back and my wife was impressed with the comfort and performance of the Level 2. Now, if she will just give a little credit to the guy who bought it for her......

Brilliant Purchase (he said modestly) We did a TON of research before pulling the trigger on these bikes. One's a Step Over and one a Step Through. Easy, peasy set up and we've had some great rides. This is a top rated ebike in all cycling publications and for good reason. I highly recommend this and have done so to numerous friends who are contemplating the move from road/mountain bikes to ebikes.

5-star e-bike!
Above and beyond our expectations. Would recommend to anyone looking for an electric bike. Worth every penny!
My first eBike
I enjoy riding my Aventon Level.2 bike. Paths I previously would forgo because of steep hills I now can explore. I stay mostly in level 1 assistance and 8 on the derailleur and can go fast enough. I do move to level 2 on small hills. With active assistance the speed tops out about 20 mph unless gravity is helping me. It may be helpful to know I bought the large size. I am 6’ 3” and weigh 215 lbs. It is comfortable for me. On rides, the battery has lasted way longer than my stamina.
People probably already know this but the engine responds to you using the pedals. So, you do get exercise. There is a throttle so you can stop pedaling. I mainly use that to take a rest, if needed. I can’t comment on how well all this works because I have nothing to compare it to. It seems as described.
Now for the caveats. The bike is heavy. I am 72 years old and not very athletic. When transporting it I take the battery out and that helps. The bike is so heavy that they recommend a heavy-duty tray rack if you have the hitch mount for such a thing. Don’t do like I did and wait too long to order one. I had to bring the bike home in the back of my SUV and that wasn’t good. The Hollywood Racks Sports Rider rack is perfect for this bike in my opinion.
Another suggestion is to buy from a local seller if you can find one. I too late found one (they assembled it) and when they handed over the bike there was a bit of attitude since they didn’t make any money on the deal.
Excellent
Top notch all the way. Until I get used to it, maybe I’d like the throttle to be on the right-hand side like a motorcycle. Would seem more natural than on the left w/a lever.
Great service Great Bike
ive owned a synch for a few years and wanted a more cruising bike so I got the level 2 commuter bike and love it! it was the easiest thing to assemble and adjust . riding this bike is fun with or without the assist, so when my knee starts getting sore I just turn on the assist and off I go. also an issue came up with an offer I missed and they took care of me, the service rep was knowladgable and courtous . thanks
Love it
It is a great purchase. I am very happy I got it.
Smooth speedy ride
Loving the Aventon Level 2 Step Through. Having front suspension and hydraulic disc brakes is great. The assist levels work smoothly. I find that in Level 1 it goes to 17 mph very quickly. I have used the throttle to get going mid way up a hill, but otherwise i use the gears and assist levels as needed. Beautiful bike with nice features like front and back lights, rack, fenders, and a very readable display.
Level 2
