This is my first electric bike and I have to say, I will never go back! We did a lot of research and decided to go with Aventon and we are so glad that we did! Our first ride was 17 miles and I could have never done that on a regular bike. My husband got the step over model and he loves his too! We are in our 50s and the pedal assist is perfect to help out on the hills we have here in North Carolina.
I spent a year researching ebikes, and getting one with the torque sensor is the way to go. My wife and I love the bikes, I can keep up with her for once in my life. The bikes are so easy to ride, even without assist on, these are quality bikes. Happy we went with Aventon!
I was chatting with Chazz with Baby Boomer Bikes and told him I was looking for a quiet, strong ebike with good range. He had me test ride an Aventon Level 2 which I bought. He has added a few accessories, but the bike has been awesome. Since last March I have put over 1458 miles on it, which is not bad for a 87 Year OLD recovering from brain surgery.
My purchase was to be able to conquer the hills on the way to the trail Now able to get around easily still only use 1 setting exclusively
Every once in awhile I will play with the throttle
It would have been nice to have the turn signal option but delighted with the performance and quality 👍

We got this for my wife for local and close trips; farmers market, groceries and going to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is super easy to understand, set up, ride and enjoy. I typically ride my pedal bike with her, but now I’m envious! It has every feature anyone would need, more than ample power for our very steep Colorado hills and has exceeded our expectations.
Great bike for us old timers, rode 20 miles and didn’t break a sweat. Of course my posterior wasn’t too happy! I added a softer seat, Love the product though. Bought one for the wife too!
