I like this little bike so far, have about 100 miles on it. Had to adjust a few things out of the box but it rides and shifts nice and smooth now. I get about 35 miles on level 2 with some stretches using only throttle and some hills. Would say it gets the advertised range if not a bit better after a few charges on flat terrain.
Got this bike for woods and trails along with riding in the neighborhood. I have 12 miles on it and so far it’s performed very well.
I love my Sinch e bike. The best bike in Electric Bikes segment with great build quality. Easy folding unfolding, when folded its like a big size check in bag and can easily fits in a minicooper :). Its heavy 🙂 as the strong build quality. I would suggest adding Aventon Suspension Seatpost for great comfort in bumpy roads. I would strongly recommend this E Bike for commuters.

I bought this bike for my commute to work. I was debating between buying a cheap car and a moped, then got directed to E Bikes (which I had not known existed before this) I thought it was a great idea because I could use it for daily exercise as well as make sure I show up to work on time. I bought the Sinch because of the larger wheels since my town has terrible roads and I have kind of bad balance. Honestly, it has not failed me yet. I do get to work on time, and if I had more time it would be a great work out but since the bike is so heavy it is harder (for me, at least) to pedal. If the Pedal Assist is not on I feel like I’m getting nowhere, however since I pretty much bought this to replace a car, I paid less, I don’t have to pay for gas, (renter’s) insurance is only 10 , it’s pretty awesome. Sometime around a month after having it there was an issue with the display, customer service made sure the problem was fixed within a week, which is impressive.
